Location & Connectivity
One Marina Gardens is set in Marina South within Singapore's Central Area and will have a direct underground link to the upcoming Marina South MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Once the station opens, Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay interchange will each be just one stop away, with Raffles Place reachable in two stops. Drivers can reach the Marina Coastal Expressway in about 5 minutes and the East Coast Parkway in about 7. Marina South is planned by URA as a 45-hectare waterfront precinct and a “10-minute neighbourhood,” with shops and community amenities added in phases, along with an elevated landscaped bridge linking Gardens by the Bay to Marina Coastal Park.
